Terrible Tuesday

I was off work yesterday because I was sick. I went in even though I didn't feel very good. So I managed to get through my day. Thinking today couldn't get much worse, I went outside to water my flowers and there on my driveway was someone's dead parakeet. I called it the poop icing on my shitcake of a day. Diet wise not to shabby I stopped and got broccoli/chicken and white rice. I measure to make sure that I had only one serving. I had pleanty of of calories to use, so I felt good that I took control. Hopefully I will feel better tomorrow so that I can excercise. Peace out.
