It's been a week

So I have been on my new lifestyle change (diet). I have done very well. I have lost 3.6 pounds, yippee!!! I have been logging all of my food and pushing myself to walk. Excercise was always been hard for me to do. The motivation for me to get up and do something as boring as excercise has always been a challenge. But, in the end I won!!! I wish sirens would go off or a band would march through my house, but I guess my husband's mediocre that's great will have to do. One week down a million more to go.
